Terms of Service

Evolution Painting & Contracting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial painting services. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you (“you” or “client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Evolution Painting & Contracting LLC provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, staining, and related contracting work.
The specific scope of work will be outlined in your estimate, proposal, or service agreement.
2. Scheduling and Access
Appointments are scheduled in advance. We request at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
Clients must provide access to the property (via key, code, or presence). We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inability to access the property.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided in written estimates and may be based on project scope, materials, and labor.
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept standard payment methods (cash, check, or electronic payment). Returned payments may incur additional fees.
4. Changes to Scope
Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges. All changes will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Removing or protecting fragile or valuable items
Ensuring work areas are accessible
Securing pets as needed for safety
Notifying us of any special surface conditions or concerns
7. Our Commitment
We provide professional equipment and materials unless otherwise specified.
We will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner and treat your property with care and respect.
If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
8. Liability
While we take reasonable precautions, Evolution Painting & Contracting LLC is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by faulty surfaces, improper prior work, or structural issues
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We carry general liability insurance for damages directly caused by our work.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
12. SMS Communications

13. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
