FAQs

  • Do I need to prepare for your painting service?

At the time of your estimate, we’ll walk through your space and let you know what, if anything, needs to be moved. If larger items can’t be moved or you’d prefer we handle it, we can often assist for an additional fee. We ask that smaller, fragile items be removed from the areas being painted. From there, our team will take care of the surface protection and preparation.

  • Can I be at home or gone when you paint?

Either option works. Many clients choose to be home for the start of the project and then come and go as needed; others provide a key or entry code so we can work while they are away. If you are home, we work respectfully around your routine. If you are out, we lock up carefully when we leave.

  • What is included in the painting service?

Our standard painting service includes basic surface preparation, protection of floors and furnishings, application of primer if needed, and professional application of the agreed-upon coatings. We also provide a walkthrough at the end of the project to address any touch‑ups or questions.

  • How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size and condition of the areas to be painted, the type of surfaces, and the products selected. After a free, on-site estimate, you’ll receive a clear, written proposal so you know exactly what to expect. We provide fair, market‑based pricing for every project.

  • Do you bring your own painting supplies?

Yes. We supply all necessary professional tools, equipment, and materials. If you have a specific product you prefer, we’re happy to discuss incorporating it into the project when appropriate.

  • Do you provide color consultation?

Yes. Every project includes a complimentary 30‑minute virtual color consultation with a Sherwin‑Williams representative. For projects of $5,000 or more, clients receive a free 1‑hour color consultation with Laurie Lundgren of Lundgren Color & Design. Projects of $10,000 or more include 2 complimentary hours with Laurie to ensure you feel fully confident in your color choices.
